Originally, I graduated as an architect, and movie-making was not part of my initial career plan.

My first experience in film was as a trainee on a major American production shot in Budapest in 2014. It started as a summer job just for fun. I worked as an assistant to the set decorator, but I felt like a child in Wonderland. That special bubble – which I later realized was the world of filmmaking – was love at first sight, and it has since become a passion of my life.

Production design, for me, is the most rewarding part of filmmaking. It offers the chance to bring to life what you envision while reading a story. The process of infusing small details that make characters and stories feel complete is a unique journey every time.
